Budget and Finance
The Advancement Budget and Finance team plays a crucial role in managing the financial resources of the CU Boulder Advancement. We work closely with unit leads to develop and manage budgets for each unit within the division. This collaborative approach ensures that financial planning aligns with each unit’s strategic goals and operational needs.
Advancement Budget and Finance assist staff with the procurement process to ensure efficient purchases and compliance with organizational policies. We also support staff in preparing and submitting expense reports, ensuring prompt reimbursement and accurate documentation. Our goal is to promote the financial health of the Advancement Division through careful planning, transparent processes and effective support for all financial activities.
