Campaign Planning & Strategy

The Campaign Planning & Strategy team collaborates with colleagues within CU Boulder Advancement to deploy strategies and activities related to the successful execution of the university’s first campus-based comprehensive campaign.
This work focuses on implementing strategic operational enhancements, which include efforts like partnering to create foundational campaign materials; anticipating short- and long-term challenges and opportunities; assessing and revising policies critical to campaign success; developing and tracking campaign objectives and progress toward those goals; and supporting key philanthropic volunteer engagement.
This strategic work, rooted in collaboration, will fundamentally elevate CU Boulder’s advancement efforts during the campaign in a way that enables the growth to be sustained after the campaign’s conclusion.
