Babatunde Adegoke received aÌýBachelor of ScienceÌýin statistics from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State of Nigeria. Shortly after graduating, he worked with Connected Development (Follow the Money) as aÌýcommunity manager,ÌýfocusingÌýon product design and assistingÌýthe communications team. He helped in the design and integrationÌýof the biggest online community dedicated to transparency and accountability, helpingÌýthe organization expandÌýacross Nigeria and into Africa. Through his childhood in the villages of Southwest NigeriaÌýand his experience with Follow the Money helping toÌýempower rural communities, he has developed a keen awareness of how ICT can support the growth of communities in developing countries.
