Jenna Keenan-Alspector received a BA in business administration from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a MA in taxation, taxation law from the University of Denver. During her time in the ATLAS MS ICTD program she focused on ICTD policy. She spent a summer as a Hatfield Scholar with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. She now works as a senior manager, internal audit and tax at Spectra Logic.Ìý
