Phelan Bowie graduated CU Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish language & literature and a minor in Technology, Arts and Media (TAM). During her college career, she focused her efforts on digital media and worked with a startup swimwear line, creating and executing all of the branding and marketing. After graduating, Phelan designed and oversawÌýwebsites for two restaurant chains in San Diego and workedÌýas a marketing assistant at a financial advising firm before moving back to Colorado.
