Robert Lino graduated with a media arts degree and a minor in electronics and computer technology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. HeÌýlater joined Ohio University and graduated with an MA in communications and international development. HisÌýinterest in ICT4D is inspired by his love for visual communications, which he says "has the ability to break the communication barriers for many people." Robert isÌýinterested in developing digital platforms for learning in international development, especially in rural areas.
