Raegan Quattlebaum

Raegan is a dedicated licensed professional counselor with a strong academic foundation and diverse clinical experience. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado-Denver, Raegan has developed a robust skill set in therapeutic practices and program development.

Prior to joining the CAPS staff at CU Boulder, Raegan served as a trauma and sexual abuse intervention therapist at Savio House in Denver. She also has experience working with individuals who are actively in crisis. Raegan is deeply committed to social justice and advocacy, believing that mental health care should be accessible and equitable for all individuals, particularly those from marginalized communities. In addition to clinical roles, Raegan has made significant contributions to community-based programs. She has served as a program manager for a Denver-based nonprofit, where she developed anti-oppressive curricula and equipped young leaders with tools to foster inclusive communities. In her free time, Raegan works with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a Denver-based nonprofit and holds space for neurodiverse groups to have conversations with one another, emphasizing disability justice and intersectionality.

Outside of work, Raegan loves to travel, play games and attend concerts.
