Trinity (she/her/hers) joins the College of Media,ÌýCommunication, and Information as an Embedded Therapist for Counseling andÌýPsychiatric Services (CAPS). She recently completed her postdoctoralÌýfellowship in crisis/triage care at CU Boulder which is the third universityÌýsystem that she has worked in. Trinity enjoys providing individual and groupÌýtherapy, supervising trainees, and connecting with other universityÌýdepartments outside CAPS. Her integrative approach to therapy is informed byÌýperson-centered and feminist theories, which emphasize empowerment,Ìýself-exploration and understanding, and the role that identity, personalÌýhistory, and systemicÌýcontexts play in a person’s unique experiences.
