At the conclusion of your internship/co-op experience for credit, you will be required to submit a report that answers some key questions about your experience. Please have the answers written prior to beginning this form. The report will be routed to your supervisor, the departmental coordinator and the college coordinator for signatures.Ìý
Please do not submit anything but your final version. We recommend using a Word or Google document to start answering these questions during the course of the experience. Then, when you are ready to submit, you can cut/paste your answers.Ìý
