Schedule an Appointment

Students with private health insurance must upload an image of their insurance card on MyCUHealth Portal prior to scheduling.

Appointment cancellation:ÌýAppointments can be cancelled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.

CU Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)Ìý

Students with Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) can access 15 physical therapy visits per policy year.

Private Insurance PlansÌý

Coverage for physical therapy differs depending on in-network and out-of-network plans.ÌýWe will verify your insurance coverage and discuss your coverage after scheduling your appointment.Ìý

BuffCare Supplemental ProgramÌý

BuffCare Supplemental Program covers two physical therapy appointments per academic year.Ìý
