Research Interests: ÌýAn environmental epidemiologist, her research focuses on identifying and measuring chemical pollution from various sources and its impacts on health. She prioritizes research questions that center community needs through community-engaged research projects, and questions that address longstanding health inequities and exposure disparities. Dr. Shearston’s current research focuses on the intersection of chemical exposures and menstruation, and on oil/gas/traffic related pollution and corresponding regulation to protect health.Ìý
