Directions
- Fry potatoesÌýon low heat until golden and soft
- Add choppedÌýonions, ginger, garlic and salt untilÌýgolden brown
- Add the tomatoes puree and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 to 10 mins
- Add salt, Garam masala and coriander leaves to taste
