Simple Carrot Family Favorite Soufflé

Ingredients
- 10 carrots, boiled
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter
- Combine the boiled carrots, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Add the flour to the mixture, until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes
- Let cool down for a few minutes and Cut in squares
