Dr. Sprenger regularly fosters RIO relationships and partnerships to maximize job performance. She created a Time Management webinar for the PI Academy and has hosted it for us for the last two years, showing her team-player attitude and willingness to contribute wherever necessary. While we see that this form of recognition seems to be primarily for staff, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the beneficial impact Kayla has had on the PI Academy and RIO.
