SRS Insights: SRS Wellness Connection

Dear Strategic Resources and Support team,
Our Health and Wellness Services team has put together a new SRS Wellness Connection site in Sharepoint to help all of you identify and access resources and events, including the upcoming Health and Wellness Summit.
Why the site and summit matter
The well-being of all of you is foundational to CU Boulder’s ability to deliver on our mission. By signing onto the Okanagan Charter last year, CU Boulder committed to being a health promoting campus, which recognizes the intersection of health, equity and sustainability. When we infuse health and wellness into our everyday practices, we create a culture of compassion, well-being and equity that enhances university success in all three of these priority areas. Both the site and summit will offer numerous strategies for addressing our well-being that each of us can incorporate.
aims to curate programming options that take into account different timing and formats to accommodate the varying needs of our staff. The site is just getting launched and will continue to have more resources and events highlighted.
The Health and Wellness Summit, meanwhile, is scheduled for Nov. 12 and 13. It is the annual campus celebration of well-being that provides a number of engaging speakers and resources that can help all of us identify strategies for caring for ourselves and each other.
